Roles & Responsibilities

• Scrub for general, trauma, orthopedics, OBGYN and endoscopy cases with focus and precision
• Maintain sterile field and ensure instruments and supplies are ready for each procedure
• Anticipate surgeon and team needs during procedures to keep cases running smoothly
• Support safe patient handling and adherence to OR protocols and infection-control practices
• Participate in the on-call rotation and respond professionally to urgent case needs

Qualifications

• Proven experience scrubbing in general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, OBGYN and endoscopy (explicitly required)
• Ability and willingness to take call as part of coverage responsibilities
• Comfortable working a 4 x 10-hour shift pattern
• Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary surgical team

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong sterile technique and instrument handling
• Knowledge of operating room workflows and safety protocols
• Ability to anticipate surgical needs and think ahead during cases
• Calm under pressure, excellent communication, and teamwork
