Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate and assess patient functional abilities to design individualized OT plans
- Develop and implement therapeutic activities for educational, vocational and recreational goals
- Coordinate care and communicate regularly with physicians, families, and the healthcare team
- Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans to maximize functional outcomes
- Educate patients and families on adaptive strategies and assistive devices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive, patient-centered care
- Advocate for patient needs and support discharge planning and community reintegration
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program (required)
- Eligible for or currently hold Oregon OT licensure
- Current CPR certification
- Valid Oregon driver’s license
- Demonstrated knowledge of physical disability care, rehabilitation procedures, and mental health concepts
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Education
- Bachelor of Science or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from a college or university accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
Knowledge & Skills
- Occupational Therapy assessment and intervention
- Patient evaluation and individualized treatment planning
- Rehabilitation techniques for physical disabilities
- Care coordination and interdisciplinary team collaboration
- Understanding of general medicine, surgical and mental health concepts
- Effective communication with patients, families and clinical teams
- CPR and basic safety procedures
