Shift Type: Days vary (schedule provided by facility); Nights, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM NOC; every-other-weekend required

Candidate Pay Rate: $46 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that preserves dignity and promotes recovery
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care thoroughly
- Assess and monitor resident status, reporting significant changes to the care team promptly
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create and follow individualized care plans
- Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence whenever possible
- Maintain infection control standards and safe clinical practices at all times
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that places quality of care first
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid for practice in New Hampshire
- Previous experience as an LPN preferred; travel LPN experience is a plus
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening per facility policy
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to resident care
Education
- Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent and active LPN licensure required
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation best practices
- Skilled in resident assessment, vital signs monitoring, and basic clinical interventions
- Familiarity with wound care, ADL support, and infection prevention measures
- Comfortable using electronic health records and completing accurate clinical charting
- Good clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
