Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care that preserves dignity and promotes recovery
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and document all care thoroughly
• Assess and monitor resident status, reporting significant changes to the care team promptly
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and support staff to create and follow individualized care plans
• Support residents with activities of daily living and promote independence whenever possible
• Maintain infection control standards and safe clinical practices at all times
• Contribute to a positive, team-focused environment that places quality of care first

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license valid for practice in New Hampshire
• Previous experience as an LPN preferred; travel LPN experience is a plus
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain prior to start
• Ability to pass required background checks and drug screening per facility policy
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to resident care

Education

• Vocational Nursing diploma or equivalent and active LPN licensure required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid knowledge of medication administration and documentation best practices
• Skilled in resident assessment, vital signs monitoring, and basic clinical interventions
• Familiarity with wound care, ADL support, and infection prevention measures
• Comfortable using electronic health records and completing accurate clinical charting
• Good clinical judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting
