Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Assist with safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics
• Document care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality
• Support a positive, team-first environment by communicating clearly and respectfully
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and dignified environment for residents

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification (T-CNA accepted) — Travel CNA experience is a plus
• Ability to work the scheduled 12+ hour day shifts (6:00 AM - 6:30 PM) on Sun, Fri, Sat
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care and working in long shifts
• Willingness to comply with facility onboarding requirements and screenings
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Completed CNA training program and state certification

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in providing personal care and assistance with ADLs
• Knowledgeable about safe patient handling and infection control basics
• Able to accurately take and record vital signs and observations
• Comfortable with documentation and following care plans
• Team collaboration, time management, and compassionate bedside manner
