Candidate Pay Rate: $45 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing setting
- Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility policies
- Perform thorough assessments and document clinical findings accurately in the medical record
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor residents for changes in condition and escalate concerns promptly to the care team
- Support admissions, discharges, and transitions with clear communication and attention to detail
- Coach and educate residents and families on care needs, safety, and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts (required)
- Current BLS certification (required)
- Experience in long-term care, rehab, or skilled nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities with a compassionate bedside manner
- Ability to work the evening shift, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ASN/ADN/BSN) for RN roles
- Practical Nursing diploma or certificate for LPN applicants (facility may consider both LPN and RN)
Knowledge & Skills
- Medication administration and charting in electronic health records
- Resident assessment, wound care basics, and care planning
- Familiarity with skilled nursing and rehabilitation workflows
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic care environment
- Effective collaboration with nursing assistants, therapists, and providers
