Shift Type: Evening/Night shift, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (specific days to be determined)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate bedside nursing care for assigned patients with skill and dignity
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
- Monitor patient status, recognize changes, and escalate concerns promptly
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and follow care plans
- Support patients and families with education, comfort, and clear communication
- Maintain accurate records and adhere to facility policies and safety standards
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license — ability to hold or obtain North Carolina licensure required
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Demonstrated clinical skills, good judgment, and strong communication
- Ability to work the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM shift reliably and professionally
- Positive teamwork attitude and commitment to compassionate patient care
Education
- Graduation from an accredited Practical Nursing or vocational nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid general nursing knowledge of medication administration and wound care
- Familiarity with patient charting and electronic health record basics
- Strong observational skills and ability to prioritize patient needs
- Good interpersonal skills for working with patients, families, and staff
- Time management skills to handle multiple patients and tasks during a shift
