Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on bedside care to residents and patients
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Perform vital signs and basic clinical observations accurately
Document care and observations clearly and timely in the patient record
Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support patient goals

Qualifications

Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential
Ability to work the assigned night shift: Friday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
Local to Lebanon, NH or able to reliably commute (local-only position)
Comfortable performing direct patient care and working within a care team
Willingness to complete facility onboarding and required screenings

Knowledge & Skills

Basic patient care and hygiene practices
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
Reliable documentation and time-management skills during shift work
