Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the rehabilitation department (PT, OT, ST) to ensure smooth, patient-centered care
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations to protect patients and the facility
- Manage staffing, scheduling, productivity, and documentation standards to optimize team performance
- Support clinical excellence and quality patient care outcomes through coaching and process improvement
- Act as a liaison between therapy staff, facility leadership, and corporate partners to align goals and resources
Qualifications
- Active therapy license (PT, OT, or SLP) valid in California
- Previous experience as a Director of Rehabilitation or in a rehab leadership role within a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Proven leadership, strong communication, and excellent organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Medicare guidelines and Skilled Nursing Facility regulations

- Leadership and team management in a post-acute care setting
- Clear, effective communication with clinical teams and facility leadership
- Organizational skills for staffing, scheduling, and documentation management
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines, SNF regulations, and compliance best practices
