Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise and support bedside staff to ensure high-quality patient care
• Lead administrative operations during your shift, including staffing and unit flow
• Coordinate patient admissions, transfers and discharges to maintain efficiency
• Provide clinical oversight and decision support for complex patient situations
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards
• Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching and performance feedback
• Communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to resolve issues

Qualifications

• Active WA RN license OR Active Multi-State Compact RN license (required)
• Demonstrated clinical supervision and administrative experience
• Proven leadership in a hospital or acute care setting
• Strong patient care focus with the ability to triage and prioritize in a busy environment
• Comfortable working rotating day and night 12-hour shifts
