Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy interventions focused on outpatient orthopedics and occasional inpatient acute care
• Assess patient function, set meaningful goals, and develop individualized treatment plans that promote recovery
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and patient education with empathy and clinical confidence
• Collaborate with rehab team members and interdisciplinary staff to coordinate continuity of care
• Document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time
• Support safe patient transitions between inpatient and outpatient settings when needed

Qualifications

• Valid Montana Physical Therapy license (required)
• Minimum 1+ years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics; familiarity with inpatient acute care is a plus
• Comfort with occasional Saturday coverage for short inpatient duties
• Strong communication skills and commitment to patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

• Clinical knowledge of orthopedic evaluation and treatment techniques
• Experience with acute care considerations and safe inpatient practices
• Skilled in therapeutic exercise prescription and manual therapy basics
• Proficient documentation and time-management skills
• Collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary rehabilitation team
