Shift Type: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC (night shift); every other weekend required

Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents as a Licensed Nursing Assistant
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) while preserving dignity
- Monitor and document resident condition and report changes to the nursing team
- Collaborate closely with the rehab and nursing teams to support care plans
- Follow infection control and safety protocols to maintain a clean, safe environment
- Support efficient shift handoffs and clear communication with families and team members
- Contribute to a positive resident experience by offering respectful, person-centered care
Qualifications
- Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification required
- Eligible to work in VT (travel assignment covers VT/NH area) and able to obtain any state-specific permits if needed
- Comfortable working night shifts and providing coverage every other weekend as required
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Previous experience in long-term care or rehab settings preferred
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in resident care basics: ADLs, vital signs, and documentation
- Knowledge of infection control best practices
- Ability to follow care plans and communicate observations clearly
- Time management and prioritization during busy night shifts
- Compassionate bedside manner and respect for resident dignity
