Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on care to patients as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team promptly
• Support safe patient transfers and ambulation, using proper body mechanics
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and observations
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
• Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or willingness to obtain
• Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to pass required background and health screenings
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment and taking direction from RNs/LPNs

Knowledge & Skills

• Patient care fundamentals and assistance with ADLs
• Vital signs measurement and basic clinical observations
• Infection control and safe hygiene practices
• Clear documentation and basic charting skills
• Teamwork, dependable attendance, and strong interpersonal skills
