Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care on night shift
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Perform thorough assessments and document findings in PointClickCare
• Float between two floors as needed to support continuity of care
• Support admissions, discharges, and transfers during your shift
• Communicate clearly with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care
• Uphold long-term care policies, infection control, and safety protocols

Qualifications

• Active LPN licensure in the applicable state
• Minimum 2 years of recent long-term care (LTC) nursing experience
• Current BLS certification
• Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred and highly valued
• Comfort working night shifts and the ability to float between floors
• Strong clinical assessment, medication administration, and documentation skills

Knowledge & Skills

• PointClickCare (PCC) charting and electronic documentation
• Long-Term Care (LTC) clinical practices and resident care
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and emergency response fundamentals
• Medication administration and accurate clinical charting
• Time management for 12+ hour night shifts
• Effective communication with residents, families, and care teams
