Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process
Provide primary nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures
Monitor and assess patients during labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to ensure optimal outcomes
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Document patient care and progress accurately in Meditech

Qualifications

Active Alaska RN license required
Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience
Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications required
HS AED certification required

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Meditech, OBIX, and Pyxis Supply Stations
Experience with bedside fetal monitoring
Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
