Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends and holidays, 36 hours per week, with on-call rotation requiring 30-minute response time.

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality diagnostic imaging studies including brain, MRCP, abdomen, pelvis, and extremity scans
Operate GE and Toshiba imaging equipment with precision
Utilize Radnet and Merge Unity for image management and documentation
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate diagnoses
Maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures
Participate in rotating call and weekend/holiday coverage as needed

Qualifications

Current ARRT certification in Radiologic Technology
Valid BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Radiologic Technologist
Ability to float to nearby facility (Mercy Southwest) as needed
Strong communication and patient care skills

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in performing a variety of X-ray and imaging studies
Skilled in operating GE and Toshiba imaging equipment
Knowledge of Radnet and Merge Unity systems
Understanding of radiation safety and patient positioning
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
