Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $58 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality physical therapy services to a diverse outpatient population
Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize functional independence
Collaborate with a dedicated team including PTA's and rehab aides
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Ability to provide 2 supervisory references (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)
Candidates must not have been directly employed by CommonSpirit/CHI/Dignity within the past year

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
Experience with total joint, vestibular, and balance disorders
Proficiency with electronic medical records, especially Cerner
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage a caseload of 9-11 patients per day
