Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse outpatient caseload, primarily orthopedic but with a variety of conditions in a small-town setting
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and reduce pain
Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to help patients achieve their goals
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to provide comprehensive care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed for optimal outcomes

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (not required at time of submittal but must be obtained before start)
BLS certification required
Outpatient experience is essential; acute inpatient experience is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic rehabilitation and manual therapy techniques
Patient education and home exercise program design
Ability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses in a fast-paced outpatient clinic
