Location: Caldwell, Texas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy to a mix of inpatient and outpatient cases
Treat patients with orthopedic injuries, fractures, sports injuries, and neurological conditions
Manage wound care including VACs and debridement
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTs, PTAs, and rehab aides
Precept new staff as needed
Contribute to a positive, patient-focused healing environment

Qualifications

Active Texas Physical Therapy license required
National license (NPTE) required
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience a plus

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and patient assessment skills
Ability to manage diverse diagnoses: ortho, neuro, debility, wounds
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Adaptability to treat across both IP and OP settings
