Location: Fort Morgan, Colorado

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (4 ten-hour days with flexible scheduling)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients in an outpatient setting
Design and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with developmental delays, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic conditions
Utilize our warm water therapy pool for innovative therapeutic interventions
Collaborate with a supportive team of PTAs and supervisors
Maintain flexible scheduling with the opportunity to manage your own patient load
Assist with occasional inpatient acute evaluations as needed

Qualifications

At least 1-2 years of pediatric physical therapy experience preferred
Current Colorado Physical Therapy license (or ability to obtain)
BLS certification from American Heart Association
Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient environment
Comfortable with early intervention and occasional inpatient work

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of pediatric developmental milestones
Skills in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
Familiarity with early intervention and outpatient ortho
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
