Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 7:00 PM or 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM), including 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule period

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a fast-paced Progressive Care Unit (PCU)
Monitor and interpret telemetry, titrate drips as ordered, and manage complex medical-surgical, cardiac, and stroke patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safe patient outcomes and coordinate care
Float to Med/Surg, ICU, or ED as needed based on skill set and patient acuity

Qualifications

Current and valid RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Driver's license required for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Ability to titrate and manage intravenous medications
Strong telemetry interpretation and critical thinking skills
Team player with a positive attitude in a high-flow environment
