Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, with rotating on-call for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations of both the Cath Lab and ICU departments
Provide pre-procedure preparation and post-procedure recovery care
Support bedside procedures and administer moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency through mentorship and training
Build a positive unit culture and lead clinical excellence
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in Kansas or compact state
Minimum 3 years of RN experience required
At least 1 year of management or clinical leadership experience
Current ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC certifications
CRRT competency required
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Strong critical care and telemetry knowledge
Experience with vasoactive drips and titratable medications
Ability to read telemetry strips independently
Leadership skills to build team culture and competency
Familiarity with cath lab procedures, including EP and IR
