Sonographer – UHC Staffing

Sonographer

Location: Frisco, CO

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, includes weekend and holiday rotations, with on-call requirements

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Perform high-quality ultrasound exams including vascular, abdomen, liver, renal, thyroid, AAA, breast, and duplex venous studies
Operate GE and Philips ultrasound equipment to capture diagnostic images
Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team to ensure accurate imaging
Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures
Document and archive images accurately using EPIC and PACS Synapse
Adhere to department protocols and maintain quality assurance standards

Qualifications

Current ARDMS certification (RDMS, RDCS, or RVT) - OB/GYN or AB or BR preferred, RVT a plus
BLS certification required
Strong vascular ultrasound experience necessary
Proficient with EPIC and PACS Synapse
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Comfortable with on-call duties and flexible scheduling

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in abdominal, OB/GYN, and vascular sonography
Skilled in using GE and Philips ultrasound systems
Knowledge of anatomy and pathology for accurate image interpretation
Excellent patient interaction and communication skills
Proficient in electronic medical records and imaging software
