Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM (Day) with on-call 45-minute response; one weekend per month and two nights per week rotating (day/night coverage)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $84 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide professional patient care by applying radiologic skills and safe practices in the Cath Lab
- Scrub and assist during cardiac catheterization, peripheral and EP procedures to support excellent outcomes
- Monitor and document patient status and procedural data throughout cases
- Assist in emergent cath interventions including Impella and IABP procedures when needed
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses and the cath team to coordinate patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with protocols and safety standards
- Act as a primary caregiver when assigned — educate patients and families and support their comfort
- Participate in on-call rotation with a 45-minute response expectation to support urgent needs
Qualifications
- Ohio State Licensure (required)
- ARRT certification (required)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Minimum 2+ years of Cath Lab experience (required)
- Travel Cath Lab experience preferred (1+ years preferred)
- Ability to respond to call within 45 minutes and availability for one weekend a month and two nights per week
- Strong teamwork, communication and patient-care orientation
Knowledge & Skills
- Radiologic imaging techniques specific to the cardiac cath environment
- Scrubbing, sterile technique and procedural assistance
- Patient monitoring and documentation during invasive procedures
- Experience with peripheral and EP lab workflows
- Familiarity with emergent cath procedures including Impella and IABP
- Time management, clear communication and calm decision-making in high-acuity situations
