Candidate Pay Rate: $65 - $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based approaches
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that help patients regain function and confidence
Deliver hands-on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise programs, and functional training
Monitor patient progress, adjust plans as needed, and communicate outcomes clearly
Maintain accurate, timely documentation to support continuity of care
Educate patients on home exercise programs and injury prevention to empower long-term recovery

Qualifications

Active California PT License (required)
Current BLS certification
Experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting preferred
Strong manual therapy skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Physical Therapy principles and orthopedic outpatient care
Manual therapy techniques
Therapeutic exercise prescription
Functional training and mobility restoration
Patient education and home exercise program design
Clear documentation and clinical communication
