Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition with attention to detail
Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention practices
Assist nursing team with timely documentation and clear communication
Maintain infection control standards and a clean, comfortable environment
Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and advocate for residents

Qualifications

Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Available and willing to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
Local-only candidates or those within commuting distance (LOCAL ONLY)
Available to start March 2, 2026 (assignment through April 27, 2026)
CPR/BLS certification preferred but not required

Knowledge & Skills

Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
Able to take and document vital signs accurately
Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and the care team
Basic charting and timely documentation practices
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
Team player with empathy and attention to detail
