Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitor and record vital signs and changes in condition with attention to detail
- Support safe transfers, mobility, and fall prevention practices
- Assist nursing team with timely documentation and clear communication
- Maintain infection control standards and a clean, comfortable environment
- Collaborate with the care team to deliver person-centered care and advocate for residents
Qualifications
- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
- Available and willing to work night shifts (6:30 PM - 6:30 AM) on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
- Local-only candidates or those within commuting distance (LOCAL ONLY)
- Available to start March 2, 2026 (assignment through April 27, 2026)
- CPR/BLS certification preferred but not required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, feeding)
- Able to take and document vital signs accurately
- Strong communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and the care team
- Basic charting and timely documentation practices
- Understanding of infection control and safety protocols
- Team player with empathy and attention to detail
