Candidate Pay Rate: $49 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assess patients across the lifespan — from infants to geriatrics — and develop individualized nursing care plans
- Perform nursing diagnoses and implement evidence-based interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Provide clinical leadership by collaborating with ancillary staff and other members of the care team
- Coordinate and communicate patient needs with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain professional nursing standards in documentation, safety, and quality of care
- Develop systems of care for assigned patient populations and participate in continuous improvement efforts
- Educate patients and families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care to promote recovery and health
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license (Compact permitted) — must be active at time of submission
- BLS (AHA) certification required
- NIH (NIHSS) certification required (link provided by employer for recertification)
- Travel RN submission required for this specific traveler role
- Comfortable providing care across the lifespan: pediatric, adult, and geriatric populations
- Strong teamwork and leadership abilities; experience coordinating with ancillary services

- Clinical nursing practice in acute care settings
- Leadership, team coordination, and interdisciplinary collaboration
- Experience caring for infants through geriatrics
