Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform all CT examinations accurately and efficiently across a full range of studies
• Operate and troubleshoot Toshiba and GE CT scanners while maintaining safety protocols
• Document exams and patient information in EPIC with clarity and attention to detail
• Apply radiation safety and infection control practices to protect patients and staff
• Use critical thinking to prioritize studies, triage urgent cases, and adapt to changing needs
• Collaborate with radiologists, nurses, and the care team to deliver an excellent patient experience
• Maintain equipment and exam rooms to department standards and support quality initiatives

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) registry — required (must be current)
• BLS certification — required
• Minimum 2 years of CT imaging experience (as listed in the job posting)
• Familiarity with EPIC documentation and workflow
• Experience with Toshiba and GE CT scanners
• Strong critical thinking and patient-centered communication skills
• ACR certification or familiarity with ACR standards is a plus

Knowledge & Skills

• Comprehensive CT imaging knowledge (protocols, contrast administration, cross-sectional anatomy)
• Proficiency with EPIC documentation and electronic health record workflows
• Hands-on experience with Toshiba and GE CT systems
• Radiation safety principles and ALARA practice
• Excellent patient positioning, communication, and comfort techniques
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and respond to urgent imaging needs
