Shift Type: Days not specified, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (Evening shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $19 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care for residents, supporting dignity and comfort
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, and mobility
Monitor and document resident conditions, reporting changes to the nursing team promptly
Help with meal service and ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition and assistance
Follow infection control and safety protocols to protect residents and staff
Collaborate with nursing staff and support team to deliver person-centered care
Support a positive, respectful environment that values resident independence

Qualifications

GNA classification or equivalent certification (as indicated by job class)
Current state registration or certification as required
Comfortable working the 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM shift
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Experience providing hands-on patient care and assistance with ADLs
Basic knowledge of infection control and safe patient handling
Ability to take and record basic vital signs accurately
Clear documentation and charting skills
Strong interpersonal skills for communicating with residents and care teams
Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs
