Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Monitor and document vital signs, reporting any changes to the nursing team
• Support safe transfers, mobility assistance, and fall prevention measures
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and charting for resident care
• Collaborate closely with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members
• Follow infection control standards, safety protocols, and facility policies
• Engage residents in meaningful interactions and support their dignity and independence
• Communicate clearly with families and the care team about resident needs and updates

Qualifications

• Current and valid LNA / Licensed Nursing Assistant credentials (must be in good standing)
• Ability to work the evening shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) with every-other-weekend commitment
• Must have reliable transportation to and from the assignment
• All requested RTO (requested time off) must be approved before starting the assignment
• Available for a 14-week travel assignment (Start: 2026-03-23; End: 2026-06-22)
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude

Knowledge & Skills

• Skilled in resident care, hygiene, and ADLs
• Competent with taking and recording vital signs and observational reporting
• Experience with documentation and electronic or paper charting
• Knowledge of infection control practices and safety procedures
• Good time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills
