Contract Type: Travel Contract

Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Analyze and validate contractual commitments to ensure records are accurate and complete
Reconcile discrepancies and coordinate with procurement, finance, and stakeholder teams
Prepare clear, actionable reports and present findings to leadership
Support audits and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures
Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline commitment tracking and reporting

Qualifications

Onsite availability in Nashville, TN is required
Strong analytical mindset and meticulous attention to detail
Experience in procurement, purchasing, finance, contract management, or related analysis preferred
Proficiency with Excel; familiarity with data tools or reporting platforms is a plus
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across teams
Available for a 4-month contract beginning 2026-03-30

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field preferred
Associate degree plus relevant experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookup functions, data cleanup)
Data reconciliation and record-keeping best practices
Familiarity with procurement/contract systems or ERPs
Reporting and presenting data to non-technical stakeholders
Strong problem solving and process improvement orientation
Effective cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
