Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care throughout cardiac, EP, IR, neuro and vascular procedures
• Support procedural teams in a fast-paced Cath Lab environment while maintaining patient safety
• Document thoroughly and accurately in Epic to ensure seamless care continuity
• Collaborate with physicians, techs and multidisciplinary staff to optimize case flow and outcomes
• Participate in department orientation and adhere to unit guidelines and team ratios
• Respond to rotating on-call needs and support weekend coverage when scheduled

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of relevant Cath Lab or procedural nursing experience
• Demonstrated experience in at least 3 service lines (EP, IR, Neuro, Vascular, Cardiac) — candidates with experience in 4 areas preferred
• Flexible, self-starting attitude and ability to take direction in a team-based environment

Knowledge & Skills

• Familiarity with Epic EMR for procedural documentation
• Comfort working around Philips C-arms and Merge Vericis hemodynamic systems
• Strong procedural and patient monitoring skills in invasive cardiology and related service lines
• Ability to function in 3-4 person team models and adapt to varying team ratios
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills for multidisciplinary cases
