Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support purchasing and non-clinical operations to keep processes running smoothly
• Manage vendor communication and assist with contract documentation and renewals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support procurement initiatives and project needs
• Analyze purchasing data and prepare clear, actionable reports for stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements
• Provide timely administrative support and follow-through to drive tasks to completion

Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or a related non-clinical function preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; comfortable liaising with vendors and internal teams
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and comfort learning new systems
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to pass background checks and meet onboarding requirements
• Customer-service mindset and a collaborative approach to problem solving

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Understanding of procurement and vendor management best practices
• Data entry and basic analysis skills to track purchase activity
• Contract administration fundamentals and attention to contractual details
• Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation
• Excellent interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with compliance and documentation standards
