Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide safe, compassionate patient care during overnight shifts
Perform timely assessments and document patient status in the chart
Administer medications and treatments accurately and per policy
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
Respond to patient needs and changing conditions with professionalism and calm
Support transitions of care by communicating clear handoffs at shift change

Qualifications

Current RN or LPN licensure (eligible to practice in Maine preferred)
Previous clinical experience preferred but new grads with strong clinical training considered
Ability to work per diem/night shifts and adapt to variable schedules
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or willingness to obtain
Valid professional credentials and adherence to facility policies

Education

Graduation from an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN program completion)

Knowledge & Skills

Clinical assessment and critical thinking for overnight care
Medication administration and IV/shot competency where applicable
Accurate electronic health record documentation
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Time management and the ability to prioritize care during busy nights
