Candidate Pay Rate: $28 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in your assigned area
Monitor patients, perform assessments and report changes to the care team
Administer medications and treatments accurately and document thoroughly
Collaborate with nurses, therapists and providers to develop and follow care plans
Support patient and family education to promote recovery and wellbeing
Maintain safe infection control practices and adhere to facility policies

Qualifications

Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing
Eligible Registered Nurse (RN) license considered if applicable to the role
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Comfort working 12+ hour day shifts and thriving in a fast paced environment
Strong communication skills and a team oriented mindset

Education

LPN: Practical nursing diploma or certificate
RN applicants: Associate degree in Nursing or BSN if applicable

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and basic clinical skills
Medication administration and IV/site care familiarity
Documentation accuracy and attention to detail
Infection control, safe patient handling and wound care basics
Effective communication with patients, families and interdisciplinary teams
Comfort using electronic medical record systems
