Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality critical care to ICU patients, ensuring safety and dignity
• Assess and monitor patient condition; interpret data and act decisively
• Administer medications, titrate infusions, and manage ventilators per protocol
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
• Document care accurately and timely in the electronic health record
• Educate and support patients and families through critical and often stressful moments

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse license according to state requirements
• Minimum 2+ years of recent ICU experience
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (or willing to obtain prior to start)
• Comfortable with ventilator management, hemodynamic monitoring, and advanced cardiac life support
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills

Education

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

Knowledge & Skills

• Critical care assessment and intervention
• Ventilator management and respiratory support
• Cardiac rhythm interpretation and advanced cardiac care
• IV therapy and titratable infusion management
• Familiarity with electronic health record documentation
• Strong prioritization and time management in high-acuity settings
• Effective interdisciplinary communication and patient advocacy
