Roles & Responsibilities

• Operate CT scanners to produce diagnostic-quality images that directly inform patient care
• Perform CT, MRI, X-ray and fluoroscopy procedures safely and efficiently
• Provide compassionate patient care and clear communication before, during, and after imaging
• Collaborate with radiologists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate imaging studies
• Maintain imaging equipment and document procedures in Meditech and unit records
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols and quality assurance processes

Qualifications

• ARRT (CT) certification - required
• BLS certification - required
• Approximately 2 years of relevant imaging experience preferred (experience listed as 2)
• Familiarity with GE imaging equipment and Meditech strongly preferred
• Preferred credentials: RT (T), ASRT, FASRT (nice-to-have but not mandatory)
• Strong communication, anatomical knowledge, and ability to multi-task in a high-volume setting

Knowledge & Skills

• CT scanning and cross-sectional imaging expertise
• Experience with MRI, X-Ray and fluoroscopy procedures
• Patient care and positioning for diagnostic imaging
• Familiarity with GE imaging platforms and scanners
• Comfort using Meditech EMR for documentation
• Understanding of radiation safety and imaging quality standards
