Bill Rate: $48.11 - $68.59

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver resident-centered nursing care using the nursing process: assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate outcomes with compassion and skill
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately, following the physician’s plan of care
Document resident care and progress clearly and timely in nursing records to support continuity and quality
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care and achieve meaningful resident outcomes
Interpret diagnostic tests and adjust care plans in partnership with providers and the care team
Provide resident and family education to promote understanding, independence and positive health outcomes

Qualifications

Current California RN license (required)
Current CPR certification (required)
Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
At least 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse (SNF experience preferred)
Ability to perform patient assessment, medication administration and nursing documentation accurately

Education

Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and care planning
Medication administration and treatments
Nursing documentation and clinical reporting
Diagnostic interpretation and resident education
Interdisciplinary collaboration and performance improvement techniques
Familiarity with SNF workflows and resident-focused care
