Roles & Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and properly log incoming shipments to ensure inventory accuracy
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for distribution with care and attention to detail
• Operate material handling equipment safely, following all site-specific procedures
• Maintain a clean, organized work area to support efficient supply chain operations
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily throughput goals
• Assist with cycle counts and basic inventory reconciliation tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
• Ability to pass background check and any site-required screenings
• Previous warehouse or supply chain experience preferred but motivated candidates are welcome

Education

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic inventory management and stock rotation principles
• Familiarity with barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting/recording items
• Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team
• Understanding of workplace safety practices and PPE use
