Roles & Responsibilities

• Evaluate and assess adult patients to determine functional limitations and therapy needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans focused on orthopedic and neurorehabilitation
• Deliver therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, and post-operative rehabilitation interventions
• Perform fall risk assessments and implement safety-focused interventions
• Document patient care thoroughly using NextGen Case Management
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary clinic team to coordinate patient care and progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, prevention strategies, and recovery expectations
• Maintain professional dress code (business casual; polo and khaki pants required)

Qualifications

• Open to licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant applicants
• Minimum 1+ years of experience working with adult patients (explicitly stated)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic and/or neurorehabilitation settings preferred
• Familiarity with NextGen Case Management and clinical documentation workflows
• Experience performing fall risk assessments and post-operative rehab care
• Comfort working with common ortho/neuro conditions such as total joint replacement, rotator cuff, ACL, fractures, plantar fasciitis, osteoarthritis, and Parkinson’s disease
• Professional, team-oriented attitude and adherence to business casual dress code
