Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform CT and X-ray imaging studies accurately and efficiently to support timely diagnoses
• Operate and troubleshoot Toshiba CT and GE X-ray equipment while following safety protocols
• Document exams and enter images into McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR with attention to detail
• Collaborate with radiologists and the radiology team to prioritize urgent studies and ensure quality
• Maintain patient safety and comfort, following radiation safety practices and BLS procedures
• Follow department orientation checklist and hospital policies to provide consistent, high-quality care

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Radiography and Computed Tomography
• RT(R)(CT) credential and current Oregon Medical Imaging license
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant CT/X-ray experience
• Comfortable working the night shift schedule of Friday through Sunday
• Radiation badge preferred at time of hire or provided upon request

Knowledge & Skills

• Proven experience with CT and conventional radiography techniques
• Familiarity with McKesson PACS and Meditech EMR for imaging workflow and charting
• Experience using GE X-ray and Toshiba CT equipment
• Strong patient communication and positioning skills
• Ability to follow radiation safety practices and departmental protocols
