Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered nursing care during the daytime shift
- Assess patient status, monitor vital signs, and respond to changes promptly
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary team members to deliver safe, effective care
- Document patient care accurately and timely to support continuity and quality
- Educate patients and families about care plans, medications, and discharge goals
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement and safety initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse license in California or eligibility to obtain one
- Current BLS certification; ACLS or PALS as applicable or preferred
- Previous clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Able to pass facility onboarding and orientation requirements
Education
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Solid assessment and clinical decision-making skills
- Familiarity with basic charting and documentation practices
- Comfort working with interdisciplinary teams and unit workflows
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced care environment
- Compassionate patient education and bedside manner
