Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
Perform routine clinical tasks such as vital signs, bathing, and feeding with professionalism
Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow care plans
Support a safe, clean, and respectful environment for patients and families
Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to deliver coordinated care

Qualifications

Current CNA certification (must be valid in California)
CPR/BLS certification preferred or able to obtain promptly
Comfortable working overnight shifts and providing hands-on patient care
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively on a team
Previous experience as a CNA is a plus but dedicated, caring candidates are encouraged to apply

Education

High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited CNA program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of basic patient care techniques and infection control
Skill with taking and documenting vital signs accurately
Ability to assist with mobility, transfers, and ADLs safely
Familiarity with charting and following care plans
Strong observational skills and attention to detail
