Nuclear Medicine Technologist
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Start Date: 05-31-2026
End Date: 08-30-2026
Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $62 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures that directly impact patient care
- Start IVs and operate advanced GE and Phillips imaging equipment with confidence
- Collaborate with an in-house radiologist to deliver accurate, timely diagnostic results
- Manage an average of 12 studies daily while maintaining exceptional quality standards
- Document procedures thoroughly using EPIC and McKesson PACS systems
Qualifications
- ARRT-N or NMTCB certification required
- Active Washington state license
- BLS certification
- Minimum 2 years of nuclear medicine experience
- IV start experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient with stress tests, bone scans, thyroid studies, and GI procedures
- Comfortable starting IVs and working with GE and Phillips equipment
- Familiar with EPIC EMR and McKesson PACS systems
- Strong attention to detail and patient safety focus
