Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate nursing care to patients in a rehab setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient progress and report changes to the care team
- Collaborate with physicians and therapists to support recovery goals
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in Maryland
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Knowledge & Skills
- Patient assessment and monitoring
- Medication administration
- Rehabilitation nursing practices
- Electronic medical records documentation
