Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services across inpatient and outpatient settings
Develop individualized treatment plans for patients with diverse diagnoses including stroke, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
Conduct evaluations and implement evidence-based interventions
Support patients through rehabilitation journeys in both acute and sub-acute environments

Qualifications

Current Occupational Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Cerner EMR experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Experience with diverse patient populations including ortho, neuro, and peds
Ability to work in both inpatient and outpatient environments
Comfortable with weekend and holiday rotations
Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning abilities
