End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM with 1 night per week on call and every 5th or 6th weekend on call

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $71 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide expert circulating support across all surgical service lines including neurosurgery, ENT, orthopedics, GYN, general surgery, and Da Vinci robotics
Collaborate closely with surgical teams to ensure seamless procedures and patient safety
Adapt quickly to varied daily schedules while maintaining exceptional care standards
Float to Pre/Post op, PACU, or ER trauma cases when needed to support the broader care team
Mentor and educate fellow staff members while contributing to a culture of continuous learning

Qualifications

Active RN license with BLS and ACLS certifications required
Strong experience across multiple surgical specialties including neurosurgery
Comfortable working in a facility without specialized teams for each service line
Must pass open-book skills exam with 90% or higher during orientation
Valid driver's license required at time of submittal

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Experience with Da Vinci robotic procedures
Ability to scrub in multiple service lines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Flexibility to adapt to changing surgical schedules
