Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse mix of patients each day
Treat approximately 12 patients daily with a focus on orthopedic conditions and varied diagnoses
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide flexible support to acute inpatient needs when your schedule allows
Build meaningful connections with patients in a welcoming athletic-club setting

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town community

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients per day
Flexibility to assist in acute care when needed
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Team-oriented mindset in a multidisciplinary rehab environment
