Location: Garden City, KS

Start Date: 06-22-2026

End Date: 09-21-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM with 24/7 call coverage including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Lead and oversee both Cath Lab and ICU departments with confidence
Mentor staff and enhance nursing competencies across teams
Coordinate pre-procedure, recovery, and bedside procedural support
Build a positive, collaborative culture that empowers your team
Manage staffing, scheduling, and floating needs across departments
Ensure high-quality patient care through effective leadership and oversight

Qualifications

Active RN license with ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, and CRRT competency
Minimum 3 years of RN experience with at least 1 year in management
1 year of clinical leadership experience required
Fluoro license preferred for technical staff support
Strong background in critical care, telemetry, and vasoactive drips

Knowledge & Skills

Critical care and telemetry monitoring expertise
Experience with vasoactive drips and moderate sedation
Ability to read and interpret cardiac strips
Comfortable managing vents, CPAP, BiPAP, and high-flow oxygen
Skilled in building team culture and enhancing competencies
