Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate social work services to patients in need
Conduct 5150 evaluations for individuals requiring psychiatric assessment
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on care coordination
Support patients and families through challenging mental health situations
Complete thorough documentation and assessments

Qualifications

Active California LCSW license required
Current BLS certification
5150 certification in California required
Prior experience with Dignity Health facilities required
Strong assessment and crisis intervention skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in involuntary psychiatric evaluation procedures
Understanding of mental health crisis intervention
Knowledge of care coordination best practices
Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams
