Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on orthopedic therapy to patients recovering from shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow injuries
Evaluate and treat a variety of upper extremity conditions including tendonitis and fractures
Document patient progress using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute care
Collaborate with rehab aides and the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
Provide compassionate care across outpatient ortho, acute inpatient, and transitional settings

Qualifications

Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Outpatient orthopedic experience with focus on upper extremity therapy
Hands-on experience treating shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis or fractures

Knowledge & Skills

Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Upper extremity therapy expertise
Clear and timely documentation practices
Ability to manage a caseload of 12 patients per day
Lymphedema training is a plus
